Following your initial 12 month warranty period, why not look at our on-going maintenance plans to ensure continuous smooth running of your disabled access lift.
Choose from our three maintenance packages according to the needs of your building’s occupants...
Standard Cover
for expertise on call
- Two service visits per annum for preventive purposes and compliance to BS6440
- Response to breakdowns between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays), with parts and labour chargeable at competitive rates. We do not guarantee a response time for Standard Cover, but simply attend as soon as possible. We almost always do so within 24 hours.
Premier Cover
for a guaranteed fast response
- Standard Cover + same-day call-out within four hours between
8am and 8pm, Monday to Friday - Includes all parts and labour
Comprehensive Cover
for complete peace of mind
- Premier Cover + 24/7 same-day call-out within four hours
- Includes all parts and labour
'Cover Plus' Upgrade
for confidence in hard-working platform lifts
- For lifts that are in constant use, we offer and upgrade from 2 to 4 service visits per year;
- This upgrade is available on all three levels of cover - Standard, Premier and Comprehensive
