Vertical platform lifts from Independent Access are the most highly engineered lifts in their class, but, should there be a problem, you need to know that help is at hand.
Each new lift installed by Independent Access comes with a full manufacturer's warranty package to ensure the lift is trouble-free.
Standard Cover 12 months
- Two service visits per annum for preventive purposes and compliance to BS6440
- A proactive response for breakdowns between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays)
- Includes all parts and labour

Premier Cover
- Standard Cover + same-day call-out within four hours
between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday
Comprehensive Cover
- Premier Cover + 24/7 same-day call-out within four hours
